VA Ft. Harrison Hospital

A 2019 project update by Richard A. Daoud, S.E., identifies a seismic retrofit study encompassing five existing medical buildings and credits Layton as the prime engineering firm. This experience is attributed to the named engineer rather than represented solely as Melqart's work.
