Fullerton Medical Building Tenant Improvement

This completed medical building tenant improvement included reworking interior shear walls and retrofitting gravity beams.

The project also incorporated 12 new heavy rooftop units. The original June 2020 project update identifies Fullerton, California, as the location but does not name the facility.

This project is presented separately from the existing Imperial Medical Building record pending client confirmation that they are distinct projects.
